Capill'Hair Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)

Article 1 – Purpose & Scope

 

These Terms & Conditions govern the offer and sale of aesthetic & hair treatment coordination services in Turkey provided by Capill'Hair (Zeynep Soyak, Izmir, Turkey), hereinafter referred to as "the Coordinator".

 

These T&Cs apply without restriction to all services ordered by professional and non-professional clients ("the Client") via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

 

Article 2 – Coordinator's Role & Liability Limits

 

2.1. Service Nature

 

Capill'Hair acts exclusively as a logistics coordinator. Our services are limited to:

  • Preliminary Feasibility Assessment (photo analysis)

  • Connecting you with our Izmir Partner Clinic

  • Private Airport/Hotel Transfers (VTC)

  • 4-Star Hotel Booking (included in package)

  • On-Site Logistics Support during your stay

2.2. Medical Liability Exclusion

 

Capill'Hair is NOT a medical provider. We are NOT responsible for:

  • Medical procedure execution

  • Treatment success or complications

  • Post-procedure outcomes

Medical responsibility lies SOLELY with the partner clinic and its healthcare professionals.

 

2.3. Clinic Selection

 

The partner clinic is our recommendation. Your medical contract is directly between you and the clinic.

 

Article 3 – Order Process & Contract Formation

 

3.1. Order Process

  1. Submit Analysis Request & Photos

  2. Receive Personalized Quote

  3. Accept Quote Explicitly

3.2. Confirmation

 

Your booking is binding once: a) You accept these T&Cs b) Deposit Payment is made (amount specified in quote)

 

3.3. Confirmation Email

 

We'll send detailed confirmation with:

  • Stay dates

  • Hotel & transfer details

  • Balance due

Article 4 – Pricing & Payment Terms

 

4.1. Service Prices

  • All prices in Euros (€)

  • Includes: Logistics coordination only

  • Excludes: Personal expenses, additional medical fees

4.2. Deposit Payment

  • Required at booking (per Article 3.2)

  • Covers initial reservations (flights, hotel, transfers)

4.3. Balance Payment

  • Paid DIRECTLY to Partner Clinic in Izmir

  • Due: Day of arrival or pre-procedure

  • Capill'Hair does NOT collect balance

Article 5 – Modifications & Cancellations

 

5.1. Client Modifications

  • Notify in writing: info@capillhair.com

  • Subject to availability

  • Possible extra fees from providers (hotel/transport)

5.2. Client Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before stay: Deposit NON-REFUNDABLE but transferable within 6 months

  • Less than 14 days before stay: Deposit FORFEITED (covers admin/logistics costs)

5.3. No Right of Withdrawal

 

Per UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 & EU Directive 2011/83, no cancellation right applies to:

  • Pre-booked accommodation

  • Transport services

  • Fixed-date leisure activities

Article 6 – Personal Data

 

All data processed per our Privacy Policy. Used solely for trip coordination & communication.

 

Article 7 – Governing Law & Disputes

 

7.1. Governing Law

 

These T&Cs are governed by Turkish Law.

 

7.2. Dispute Resolution

  1. Contact us first: info@capillhair.com (aim for amicable solution)

  2. If unresolved: Disputes resolved in Izmir Courts, Turkey
